This week we'll do Ken's special Freo ride and, (no mystery here) it is a route more or less devoid of hills (what else do you expect of one of Ken's rides?).


Ken tells me the route from Maylands is relatively short ...so we're swapping the start points and times with the first start point being the Narrows at 7:30 am, then riding to Maylands for an 8:00 am start there.


Our ride will include a coffee / breakfast stop in Freo.

Start Place: Maylands Railway Station

We'll meet at Maylands Railway Station and ride through Guildford to Middle Swan and then back via Campersic and Toodyay Roads. We'll most probably fit in a coffee stop at the Woodbridge in Guildford

We'll aim to provide a section allowing different paces if required.

 The suggestion for Saturday 7th is a West Coast Hwy to Hillarys ride. Start Maylands at 7:30 and 8:00 at Narrows north. Go up Mount St to Kings Park, via Saw Ave, Rokeby, Nicholson, Nash, Selby, Alderbury, Oceanic / Reabold Hill to the coast. Mostly path to Trigg, then mostly road to Hillarys. Return via roads (probably to Gwelup) then freeway cycle path.
